Training and experience
Support is person-centred, collaborative, and evidence-informed. The aim is practical change that feels usable in real environments.
Stage 2 Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist (BPS QSEP), training through Glasgow Caledonian University and working within BPS and HCPC ethical standards.
Alongside applied work, I teach within Glasgow Caledonian University's Applied Psychology programme, supporting future practitioners.
Experience includes Scottish academy and elite environments, including Hamilton Accies Girls Academy, Rangers FC Boys Academy, and Paddle Sport Scotland.
Athletes, exercisers, students, coaches, and individuals seeking support around confidence, wellbeing, identity, and performance.
